Cramer Wine is a thoughtful collaboration between two like-minded and longtime wine professionals, Nicholas Crampton and Aaron Mercer.

These are hand-crafted, pure and character-filled wines from individual blocks off their jointly favoured vineyards from preferred growers. With both sharing great interest in the high altitude, cool climate Pinot Noir and Chardonnay wines of Tumbarumba as well as the medium bodied and complex Shiraz wines of the Hunter Valley.
